oh, wait: italics was for those which you planned to do, so you are planning on knitting the banana fiber...uhm, er--this is why i should not go to the computer before getting coffee... :)

Apparently it's like knitting with cotton... Should be interesting, I don't even know where you would find banana fiber, or what would be the best thing to knit... maybe a bag.
